Avance Biosciences is a leading genomic service company offering DNA sequencing services to researchers around the world. Our DNA sequencing services include a broad range of offerings that meet your needs, whether you are engaged in basic genomics research or in biological drug development and manufacturing. Sequencing reactions are performed using Applied Biosystems BigDye V3.1 Chemistry and analyzed on ABI 3730XL DNA Analyzers.
DNA Sequencing By Sample Format
The following DNA sequencing services are offered by Avance Biosciences based on customer requirements and sample format.
|Run-only Sequencing||Customers send sequencing plates that are ready to be loaded to on the ABI 3730XL.|
|Fast Turn-around Sequencing||Customers send DNA samples (in tubes, strips, or plates) that are ready to be sequenced with either our in-house DNA sequencing primers or specific sequencing primers provided by the customer. Over-night data delivery.|
|High-throughput Sequencing||Customers send DNA samples (in 96-well plates) that are ready to be sequenced using a single DNA sequencing primer.|
|Custom Sequencing||Customers send samples of any type (tissue, blood, glycerol stock, etc). DNA or RNA will be prepared, and optional PCRs will be performed, followed by sequencing with primers designed by Avance Biosciences.|
DNA Sequencing By Regulatory Requirements
Avance Biosciences also offers DNA sequencing under GLP and GMP regulations promulgated by the US FDA (CFR 21 Part 58, Part 210 & 211 and Part 11) as well as other regulatory agencies worldwide, as applicable to the laboratory services provided. We have extensive experience in working with clients around the world.
|GLP DNA Sequencing||DNA sequencing is performed for the purpose of regulatory submission under Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) promulgated by the US FDA (CFR 21 Part 58 and Part 11), European, Japanese, and other regulatory agencies worldwide.|
|GMP DNA Sequencing||DNA sequencing is performed for the purpose of regulatory submission under current Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) promulgated by US FDA (CFR 21 Part 210 & 211 and Part 11), European, Japanese, and other international regulatory agencies.|
|Research Grade Sequencing||DNA sequencing is performed using the same methods as GLP/GMP DNA sequencing, but with less documentation and quality unit involvement.|
