Pluripotency & Identity Testing
Flow cytometry and qPCR assays confirm expression of key pluripotency markers (OCT4, SOX2, NANOG; SSEA-4, TRA-1-60) alongside STR profiling and HLA genotyping for genetic identity.

Genomic Integrity & Stability
WGS, WES, and targeted NGS panels detect structural variants, copy number changes, and disease-associated mutations. Telomere length analysis further supports long-term stability assessment.
