We perform all types of DNA and RNA extraction on all types of tissues and species employing a number of different extraction methods depending on your sample types and your needs, including; phenol/chloroform, Maxwell 16 instrument, MagMAX Express 96 with Prep SEQ Residual DNA sample preparation, Gentra Puregene Blood kit, QIAcube, magnetic bead chemistry, and CTAB plant tissue nucleotide extractions.

| Restriction Fragment Analysis | The plasmid is extracted, digested and electrophoresed along with the standard molecular weight marker. The restriction fragments are analyzed and the observed fragment sizes will be reported and compared to the calculated fragment sizes from the plasmid reference sequence for confirmation of construct integrity. |
